• A previous landlord we can contact, where you have rented before. First-time renters are welcome and are not scored down for it.
• Current employment or another stated source of income.

The same criteria apply to every applicant. We do not consider race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin or disability, and a housing voucher is income here like any other.
