Augustine Realty is a small operation based in Greensboro, renting homes across the North Carolina Triad. We put a home right before anyone moves in, we rent it out ourselves, and we take the call when something goes wrong in it.

With most rental agents a repair is a negotiation between two companies, and you are the message being passed between them. Here the people who let you the home are the people who take the call about it, so there is one conversation instead of three, and no one waiting on anyone else's decision.

Every request gets a record with a status you can see. It stays open on our side until the work is done, so nothing quietly falls off a list.
Money
Rent and your lease stay visible
What you owe, what you've paid and what you signed are all in the resident portal. No one should have to ask for a copy of their own lease.
